Welcome to the first issue of Punjabi Trucking Magazine, with a fresh look and content mix. It is the result of a genuine teamwork and redesign process undertaken by the design and the editorial staff. And, it is a product I hope you value reading and contributing into. I have since learned that a magazine redesign encompasses a top-to-bottom evaluation of the publication’s content, searching for ways to enhance readers’ experience, right down to the paper, fonts, swirls, and colors. Our mission in this magazine is to inform, involve, inspire, and build a community. We want you to turn to Punjabi Trucking Magazine, its readers, and contributors, as a valued source for practice insight. But, this is a two-way street, we also want your content ideas, article contributions, inspiring stories, and advice. I am also very fortunate to work with a great team. Putting a magazine together is a team effort. Everyone in the design, sales and office staff has pitched in at various times. The prime contributors are acknowledged, and to them, especially, I extend my personal thanks. Their sober second thought has reined in some of my more far-fetched ideas, thankfully.
